Massage to comfort, soothe and relax the body

Massage may help to improve circulation, waste removal, aid digestion, invigorate and relax muscles. It may also encourage increased blood flow which nourish the tissues and may encourage healing, and reduce oedema. Massage also improves muscle tone, balance and posture. It can help reduce blood pressure, stress and anxiety.

Reflexology; so much more than a simple foot rub

Reflexology is a powerful therapy which has been shown to have a very positive effect on health and wellbeing. When a part of the body is not working at its best, a sensitive area will be found in the corresponding part of the foot or hand when pressure is applied to it. By working over sensitive reflexes through a number of reflexology treatments the tenderness will usually reduce as the body begins to function properly again as it reaches homeostasis.

Manicures to relax & sooth, leaving your nails looking polished & perfect

A good manicure can clean, shape, strengthen, paint and decorate your nails, attend to any skin problems you might have around the nail, such as broken or sore skin, use hand-massage techniques to stimulate the blood and lymph flow to improve the health of your skin, use oils and creams to exfoliate, cleanse and improve the texture of your nails and the skin of your hands.

Ear Candling to calm the mind, soothe the head and ears and relax deeply

Ear Candling may help headaches, migraine, tinnitus, sinus problems, stress and anxiety, ear disorders and aid better sleep. The candle creates a “chimney effect” together with the movement of the flame, the vibration of air in the ear candle, generates a massage like effect in the ear drum.

I became interested in alternative therapies when my beauty technician expanded her business to include massage.  I tried a massage and became hooked.  I extended my treatments to include nail treatments as my clients asked for beauty treatments to complement their massage and/or reflexology treatments.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and attend regular area meetings, workshops and seminars, in order to keep up to-date with the very latest regulations and training techniques.

If you constantly feeling tired in yourself, over exhausted, stressed and in need of some pampering and deep relaxation, or you wish to improve your sports performance, general health, well-being or appearance, then I have a treatment to suit you or a combination of treatments which can be tailored to suit your specific requirements.

I am a great believer in listening to my clients to try and help them find their own answers to their problems, without judging them, affording them the opportunity to talk, cry, shout or just reflect in a relaxed and comfortable environment which can help enhance their own well-being.

Treatments are mainly carried out in my first floor therapy room in my own home in Northampton.  This creates an ideal relaxing environment.  The therapies that I offer work to promote and encourage your body's own natural way of healing.

Initial sessions include a brief consultation to allow me to understand any health issues or specific requirements for the treatment in question.  Following the above consultation the treatment can then be adapted to suit your specific needs.

Please feel free to call me on 07523 286151 to make an appointment.

Please note: This is NOT a sexual service, so please do not contact me if this is what you require and I will not respond to unknown/withheld mobile numbers.
